A HoD meeting was conducted with staff of CSE Department on 20.01.2024 at 11:15
AM

The following points have been discussed:

1. Faculty members should monitor the class for first 10 minutes from (9.00 AM to 9.10
AM)
2 Morning Ground duty in-charge Mr.C.Mariappan and Mr.R karan
3 All faculty members should attend minimum 1 or 2 FDP and conference
4 FDP and workshop must be conducted during the academic year for students
5Two week once lab deficiency must be updated by the concern lab in-charge
6 Master attendance and daily work done should be maintained by the class advisor and
tutor
7 Hod must sign the Master attendance and daily work done daily before 4.30 PM
8 Every Monday fees details should be submitted by the class advisor and tutor
9 Class advisors should post the absentees list in the parents group
10 Faculty Daily work done report in-charge by Mrs.A.Mano Janani
11 Irregular students who are not in contact with faculty members can be unregisted
12 Faculty who are in leave must inform the HoD
13 Department office in-charge Mrs.E Anitha
14 For web portal entry class advisor and tutor should get sign from HoD and principle
15 Observation and record note must be monitored by the concern faculty member
16 Students personal details and Fees pending details should be collected by the class
advisor and tutor
17 Students feedback form must be collected for the concern subject
18 Students should follow proper dress code
19 Faculty members and students should register NPTEL course

22 Notes for students should be given at the beginning of the academic year

23 Class advisor and tutor should categories the student on the basis of students opting for
higher education, placement, and entrepreneurship.
