It is to inform that a batch of cases are filed in the Hon'ble High

Court/Supreme Court for providing R&R to the land owners of lands procured
as per G.O.Ms.No.123 and lands acquired as per the
provisions of 2013 LA
Act and Telangana Amendment Act 2016,
though there is no displacement of
families.
In this regard, Advocate General, Hon'ble High Court, Telangana, has
requested for the following information for defending the cases which have
huge financial implications.

Therefore the District Collectors/ Land Acquisition Officers

requested to prepare the information in the format enclosed.

This may be treated as MOST URGENT.
