Get STS in PAIRS. Give each team cards to work with. One member of the team
Warm-up 15’ writes down their answer on the board; if they got the answer wrong, the other
team can guess the answer and win their points! The team which gets more
correct words wins.

20’ 1) WORD FORMATION: T explains the topic, shows examples on the board. STS go through
the list of prefixes and suffixes and work on ex 1-8 on their own.
