campaign in the upcoming time and I am really excited to be a part of your campaign. By the
way of introduction, my name is Kobaysashi, a fourth-year student at University of Science in
Viet Nam and I have extensive experience of community work.volunteering.

I have volunteered as a content leader in content department of Green Summer Volunteer

Campaign and Spring Volunteer Campaign as well in recent timeslately. As a member of the
content board, I am responsible for planning and developing for main chain activities of the
campaign with other members then communicate ideas with the members of the Events and
Communication Department to realize them. Besides that, I also come up with ideas for
designing costumes and propose budget estimates for activities. My favorite part of the job is
communicating ideas since this is one of the opportunities/ this offers me a golden chance y to
work with members in other departments.

If you are searching for members for your content department, I would be thrilled to become a
part of this team. I believe that my extensive experience and skills would make me a valuable
asset to your team. My schedule is very flexible now and I am available to volunteer all week.

Last but not least, I would like to know if I have a certificate for this activity after the voluntary
campaign or not? Moreover, I want to know where we are going to stay during the campaign as
this is only the second time I’ve visited Thailand so everything is still quite strange to me. I hope
to hear the decision from you soon.

Dear Ms. Chayanun Pimchanok

By way of introduction, my name is Quyen, a senior student of university of social sciences and
human - Vietnam National University of Ho Chi Minh City. I am interested in volunteering at
Environmental Conservation Volunteer Project in national parks in the Hua Hin area, Thailand.
As a long-time advocate of environment/environmental activist, I have experience participating
in many environmental projects and would be thrilled to continue to do so. Okie

I volunteered as an collaborator at The 2019 Earth Hour under the theme “You are
environmental ambassador”. In this position, I joined the cycling campaign to encourage people
to protect the environment, sanitized the agricultural product and food market in Thu Duc
district and collected rubbish on Nhieu Loc - Thi Nghe canal. I am also a member of the House
of many leaves which is a community organization for environmental protection. We regularly
organize more activities that can bring benefit to the enviroment such as: collect old batteries
to change, ?? workshop to recycle waste fabric or plastic bottles trees and plant tree.

If the campaing need a dedicated volunteer, I would be thrilled to have opportunity to assist.
Beside, it may be that volunteer work is a reminded component of my university, so can I get a
certificate after the campain? Order to submit to my university and add my profile when I
apply for my future job. I realize that there are many foreign students from anotherother
countries, so the campaing have a fund to fanance the movement of students? This is a
motivation for me and all students to Thailand to attend the voluntary campaing.

Finally, I would welcome the opportunity to attend the enviromental campaing, beingwhich is
very meaning for community.
