    Steps

    Locate the flow control valve

    While the cylinder is doing a


    downstroke, slowly turn the flow
    control valve clockwise to decrease
    the speed and counterclockwise to
    increase the speed.
    Repeat step 2 until desired speed
    is achieved. H40-192 – 4ft/sec = 4.0sec
    **Note, ensure downstroke speed H30-144 – 4ft/sec = 3.0sec
    does not exceed 4ft/sec**
    Adjusting the downstroke speed is
    complete.
