Bypassing Presco Shutdown

Summary
This SWI outlines the required steps to bypass the presco shutdown in the case it’s not
required. This SWI requires the HPU KWM to be powered down. For questions or

Steps

Tools required:
Wire stripers
16AWG wire
Terminating screwdriver

Cut the wire 3” long, strip both

ends.
Open the HPU KWM

Locate terminal 14T and 15T

Insert one end of the wire into 14T,

using the terminating screwdriver
tighten the connection.
Insert the other end of the wire into
15T, using the terminating
screwdriver tighten the connection.

Close the HPU KWM,

Bypassing the Presco shutdown is

now complete.
