Subject: Meeting Confirmation

Good morning Mr. Smith:

We apologize for the confusion; the previous email was sent in error. Please replay
to this email with confirmation of your knowledge.

The entire board of directors is notified that the next meeting will be next week. On
Thursday at 6 in the afternoon.

They are reminded that they should dress formally for the meeting, not very bright
colors. Please be punctual, it is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the agreed
time. Upon entering the reunion, please silence your devices.

Do not enter the meeting with food or liquids, to avoid accidents during the reunion.

After the meeting everyone is cordially invited to the gala dinner at the Hilton hotel
at 9 in the evening. For dinner you can bring a companion. The entry of children or
minors is not allowed. Please arrive on time for dinner, there will be a tolerance of
15 minutes.
