How people used to pray in the Rasulullah time -

He (Prophet Muhammed, peace be upon him) started reciting Surah Al-Baqarah.
Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) did not recite any ayah which
mentioned Allah’s mercy, but he would pause and ask Allah (for His mercy).
Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) sometimes started the prayer
intending to make it long, but then shorten it after hearing a baby cry, out of
mercy for the baby’s mother. Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) said,
“I stand to pray and intend to lengthen the prayer, but I then hear a young boy
cry, so I shorten the prayer for fear of causing difficulties for his mother”
The Prophet said even if you don’t have legs, you should crawl to the masjid if
you know the rewards that you receive if you pray.
How I'll improve my prayer with this knowledge -
I’ll pray Fajr by sleeping at an early time after Isha and waking up for
Fajr and still getting enough sleep for throughout the day and I should
also try to set an Alarm clock that can wake me up before Fajr to do my
Wudu and have enough time to walk to the Masjid the pray in
congregation, I started implementing this in my life and so far have not
missed any of the 5 obligatory prayers and have started to pray more
often in congregation. And now I have started learning and memorizing
more Surahs to extend my prayer have stared to make Du’a’.
Why people don’t pray in the Mosque:
There are many reasons why not every Muslim do the five daily
prayers (Salah) or enter the mosque for every prayer. Some people may
be unable to do so owing to job or other obligations. Others may not be
able to easily access a mosque. Some people may have been raised
without the practice of regular prayer and may find it difficult to
develop the habit. Also, some Muslims may struggle with their faith and
lack energy to pray on a daily basis. In some cases, a lack of
understanding about the prayers and their significance might also be an
issue.
Sometime some Muslims may be unable to perform the five prayers
every day because of personal circumstances including physical
conditions.
