they have big importance in our life in the future. If we earned good results at
the exams, when we were child or teenager we will have a better job, more
money -> better life. Therefore, we would be too excited when we will write an
exam. If we are living in too big stress that is not good, that is not healthy. What
can we against stress: First, you should not leave revision to the last minute. We
must manage our time wisely. Let’s ask for help our parents or our classmate,
our friends. For example, let's take small breaks while studying. This will refresh
you. Eating the right of food will give your brain the nutrients its need. Exercise
give you more energy. Relaxation is a very important and good method for the
resting. On the day of the test don’t worry just try to do your best. I hope you
