There should be equality between sexes

PROS

- Women are naturally mor fagile

- There are obvious biological differences
- a woman is meant to rear (felneveli) the children
- a woman is responsible for keeping the family together
- some jobs can only be done either by a woman or by a man
- there’s no such thing as equality in general: everybody is different

CONS

- there’s a lot of discrimantion in workplaces

- woman earn less then men
- there’re more male politicans
- women rarely have a chance to become mangers or CEOs
- women can do anything a man can
- bosses don’t want to employ women as they can become pregnant.
