sheets, Specifications, Codes, Standards, Regulations, Guidance Notes, eetc.,

tc., shall be agreed with
the Purchaser before proceeding.
Any contradiction or difficulty in interpreting the different documents raised by the Supplier
shall be notified to Purchaser to obtain their clarification.
All the components shall be designed for the prevailing local ambient conditions.
