    TAKE NOTICE that the Bill of Costs dated 31st January 2023 shall come up for
    Assessment of Costs/Taxation on 22nd February 2023 in the Chief Magistrate’s
    Court, Lodwar at 9.00 O’clock in the forenoon or soon thereafter.

    TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that in default of your attendance the matter will
    proceed ex-parte your absence notwithstanding.
