Metadata grouping
From your assignments in earlier days (Day 2 – Data Element and Category Model and
Organisation units, and Day 3 – Dataset assignment using the ART Monthly Report), please list
groups of data elements groups (with the members), data element group sets (with their
member data elements), category option groups (with their member options), category
option group sets (with their members), and organisation unit groups (with member
organisation units), and organisation unit group sets (with their members).

Sharing
You are tasked with setting up a system with the following three programs:
● HIV
● TB
● Malaria
Within each of these programs they will have the following users:
● National co-ordinators who will need to utilize data from all 3 programs. They can not
enter or edit any data, only view data from all 3 programs. Note that they can also
update metadata as forms or other variables are modified.
● District program managers that only need to see data within their own program for the
district they are working in. They should not be able to edit any data values or metadata.
● Data entry staff that will enter data into all 3 programs due to resource sharing. They
should also be able to view data for all 3 programs. They can not edit any metadata.
