    Dear Ma'am:

    The JCI KULINTANG is an affiliated organization of the Junior Chamber International Philippines.
    As a Leading Global Network of Young Active Citizens, it is our mission to provide development
    opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.

    One of the flagship projects of JCI Philippines since 1985 is the YOUTH LEADERSHIP
    EXCELLENCE AWARDS (YLEA). The annual conferment of the YLEA certificates and medals is
    part of our commitment to give recognition to deserving graduating elementary and high school
    students and to inspire them towards greater achievements in life.

    This year, with the support from Palawan Pay, and other partners, the YLEA Program will once again
    honor commendable students who demonstrate exemplary performance in their academic and
    leadership feat.

    In view of this, we humbly seek your support in this activity by taking part in the selection of our
    prospect awardees. As for the guidelines, the following must be observed for the awardee to be
    considered in the list:

    a) YLEA award shall be given to students who demonstrated strong leadership skills during
    their elementary or high school years through their participation in different organizations (i.e.,
    student councils, school clubs, girl/boy scouts, varsity, interest groups, etc). Please note that their
    leadership credentials are not limited to the current school year but may also include those that
    took place prior to the pandemic.

    b) School principal/administrator shall issue a letter of recommendation for their awardee/s.

    Kindly send your recommendation on or before JULY 27, 2022.
