    RATIONALE/BACKGROUND:
    The Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 (Republic Act No. 10742) affirms the
    role of Filipino Youth in nation-building. The Sangguniang Kabataan should be an inspiratipon to
    the youth as a model of moral ethical, and prudent-making in the management of public funds
    and righteous leaders of today and tomorrow. To make them aware of their roles, functions and
    moral obligations in the community, hence, this training is conceptualized.
    In line with this, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Osmeña, Compostela, Davao de
    Oro will conduct a Leadership Training and Organizational Management Training for KK
    Leaders on August 21, 2022 at the Barangay Osmeña Activity Center. This

    OBJECTIVES:
     Identify their respective power and function of SK and KK Member.
     To educate and train our youth to become an effective and righteous leader of
    the community.
     To let them aware the prevalent moral issue of the youth and their roles in the
    community.

    BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS:

    113 pax x 180/meals = P20, 340.00


    113 pax x 85/snacks = P9, 605.00
    TOTAL: P29, 945.00

    FUNDING SOURE:

    10% SK FUND - LEADERSHIP and ORGANIZATIONAL - Php. 30,000.00
