II. DISCUSSION :

1.  What if the teacher who is transferred to another school believes there is no justification for the
transfer? What must be done? If the teacher believes there is no justification for the transfer, he
may appeal his case to the Director of Public Schools or the Director of Vocational
Education, as the case may be.Necessary transfer expenses of the teacher and his family
shall be paid for by the Government if his transfer is finally approved.

2. Can one be a global teacher without teaching abroad? Write your insight. Yes, one can be a
global teacher without teaching abroad.Explanation:Global Teacher

1. A global teacher is someone who is someone who is globally competitive.


2. Being globally competitive, the teacher should be able to communicate
effectively using the universal language.

A global teacher does not necessarily need to be someone who taught abroad.

giving lessons about a particular subject to a group of learners. While learning is gaining
knowledge by studying, being taught and experiencing.Since your experience is related to
your profession it's the easiest way to gain knowledge and experience. It's Means "You learn
as you Teach,and you teach as you learn"Teachers learn as they use past life experience to
solve professional problems in the present and to imagine a better future. Teachers learn in
collaboration with others. Outside of the classroom, teachers are always reading and
everything they read is filtered through their teaching.

1.  Read about the Journey Towards Basic Education Curriculum.

2. Interview  a teacher who had been teaching for five years up. How they go through CPD. Write down
the answers.
3. Research on the budget allocated to education by the State for the past five years. Based on the
figures, has the government been true to the Constitution ? Discuss.

4. Give five sayings / proverb about a teacher or teaching profession.

5. How you visualize your self as a teacher ten years from now? Write a poem on this.
