ESSU General Assembly & Send-off Party

The conduct of the year-end general assembly is a tradition much awaited by all members of the
ESSU family. It is a festive event that affords moments of joy and thanksgiving for all that have been
achieved in the year that is nearing to its close. Likewise, this event provides an avenue for all to come
together as one family celebrating boundless yield of the year and rekindling bond and commitment to
bring the university in the highest echelon. As the Year of the Tiger closes, the ESSU community will
once again come together to welcome with optimism coming Year of the Rabbit. Henceforth, the
following is hereby issued for the information and guidance of all.

1. Activities. A Thanksgiving Mass at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at the Canuctan shall formally
open the event. All are required to be at the venue before the start of the mass. This will be
followed by a short program, sendoff ceremony for the retirees and simple banquet for all.
