The School DRRM Coordinator, School Property Custodian, PTA Officers

and School Head wish to inform you that (1) of our classroom are very old and
dilapidated the walls, ceiling, trusses and flows are being destroyed. These are
prone to danger of our pupils and were now abandoned.

To avoid further risks of untoward incidents to happen.

May I request for inspection because demolition is the best remedy for
the aforementioned matter.

May this request will merit your most favorable action.
