Answer ID 72479 | Published 15-Mar-2016 | Updated 15-Sep-2017

Use the following table to interpret the LED status on the EPDB (503-00682C) used in all Trendsetter series 5 devices.

LED Status Alert status On alert status check the following:

Green (on) = REG5-1=3.3V, REG5-4=1.22V (R157, RR67 and the

LED1 Green (off) = 1.8V FAIL
1.8V OK REG5 peripherals components), REG5-5=1.8V

REG3-2=5V, REG3-1=5V, REG3-4=1.216V (R149,

Green (on) =
LED2 Green (off) = VCC3 FAIL RR161, RR162 and the REG3 peripherals components),
VCC3 OK
REG3-3=3.3V

Green (on) = P12V REG1-6=24V, REG1-8=24V, REG1-1=12V (R133, R131,

LED3 Green (off) = P12V FAIL

P24V_SW OK FAIL PWRGND and the Q19 peripherals components

TP_P12V=12V if no, then see action check for LED3,

Green (on) = P48V

and the REG peripherals components

Green (on) = P24V

Usually this indicates that the safety loop (a panel) is

Green (on) = Green (off) = P24V_SAFE open; however, it can also be OFF during a fault such as
LED17
P24V_SAFE OK OFF Overcurrent or a P24V fault. Check DET23, DET52,
DET54, DET47, DET19.
