CEO (JESUS): My job as CEO is that I have the highest responsibility within the company.
I am in charge of the global vision of the company, which leads me to accurately define the
vision, purpose and mission.
Establish strategies taking into account the current and future context, this means that I am
aware of the budget and investments.

FINANCE DIRECTOR (VICTOR): I am in charge of carrying out the financial

administration of SEED. Estimate income and expenses through projections. I take care of
the payroll

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (SOFIA): I am in charge of the recruitment and

selection of personnel, hiring, onboarding or welcome, training, promotion, payroll,
contracts and dismissals within the company.

MRKETING DIRECTOR (MAYRA): My role at SEED is to manage the company's

marketing department, so I have to fulfill different functions: Guide and supervise the
creation and implementation of the marketing plan, placing our brand in the best points of
sale in the market.
