1. Fine motor activities Qin Qin did mostly fine motor activities this week. We practiced:
1. Tearing paper- she did attempt to tear some pieces but got bored
easily when she was asked to do more that two pieces.
2. Slotting pom pom balls and buttons in containers-she did it well but
when the container was hold in different angles and positions her
compliance started to reduce. Her task was broken down to 10 counts
and short sensory play in between.
3. Puzzle- searching and scanning for the puzzle pieces was difficult for
Qin Qin, but she attempted to place one piece at a time.
2. Identifying colours She was engaged in the task for a longer period of time. Nevertheless, her
and shapes respond was inconsistent. She mostly picked the answers from either right or
left. The middle picture was not taken or looked at. She was very much
interested in pasting the pictures on the other side of the wall. QQ understand
the expectation well.
3. Throwing skills Throwing bean bags into the containers. She needs to practice on estimations.

4. Sensory play She enjoyed playing with the corn seeds. We practiced transferring from
direction positions and scooping seeds using different containers.

Session Notes:
Qin Qin was good today. She was able to complete the task with guidance. Her compliance and attention
are short in a given task. She needs to work further in building her attention. More attention based
activities and fine motor activities can be done with her. Listening comprehension will be focused more to
develop her vocabularies and understanding.
