1. Pre-writing We have reintroduced line/ pattern writing:

1. Straight line- She was able to hold the marker pens for few
strokes. Her lines are straight and controlled.

2. Circles – She was prompted to draw circles for eyes on a face.

2. Fine motor activities We practiced:

1. Pom pom balls- She was able to listen and pick up the colours
asked and slot it in the bottle’s hole. Attention was good
throughout the activity.

2. Velcro Objects- She was engaged in the activity for a very

long time. She pulled and pasted the velcroed pictures.

3. Fishing- She completed 3 step actions- pick up, pull fish and
put in the container. She completed the activity with supervison.
Attention and compliance were good as well.

4. Puzzle- She fixed interlocking puzzle (fruits and animals). She

attempted to complete the puzzle.
3. Visual activity We practiced:

1. Matching puzzle pieces to it’s outlines- She can practice

further on this.

2. Sorting Shapes- Match 3D to 2D. She completes the task with

guidance.
4. Sounding We practice sounding the beginning sound of the fruits (oral
imitation).

Session Notes:

Qin Qin completed a lot of work today. Her attention and compliance was fairly good today. She
was able to finish her works with guidance. Prompts needs to be faded slowly and allow her to
complete tasks on her own. We can focus more on improving her attention and independence.
