    Hi Bossing, Madam,

    Good day!

    Last October, 2022, the printer – EPSON L1455 which was issued for Smart IOC Project failed to
    function and warned a paper jammed/out of paper, and was cleaned and tested the same day but
    errors still.

    It was then sent to an accredited EPSON repair shop nearby for checking and was found out to have
    a fatal error.

    A quotation for the repair and maintenance was submitted and presented to Ar. Jerome Gamboa
    and was initially paid through bank with a 50% down payment as stated on their payment terms and
    conditions, and was on hold for 3-4 months.

    After a month, we have requested a printer – L1300. Unfortunately, its ink pad service life has ended
    and needs to be replaced, which was recently purchased through and online shop.
