MAINTENANCE
CONTRACT AGREEMENT
This agreement is made this 16th day of October, 2023

Between

KOLLY M TECHNICAL ENTERPRISES a registered company in Nigeria, whose registered

office is at No. 57, Apapa Road, Ebute – Metta Lagos (hereafter called “The Maintenance
Company”)

And

EKO SUPPORT SERVICES LTD, of Bull Nose, Apapa Port, Lagos Port Complex
(hereinafter called “Client).

WHEREAS:
1. KOLLY M TECHNICAL ENTERPRISES offers to carry out the servicing on all HP
PRINTERS on quarterly basis. Such services shall be rendered during the
Company’s regular business hours at the Customer’s premises.

2. This agreement shall commence __________________________________, 2023, and shall

continue for one year, provided that the prevailing premium is paid when due. Any
change in the premium shall be communicated by KOLLY M TECHNICAL
ENTERPRISES in writing before renewal, and be accepted by the EKO SUPPORT
SERVICES LTD before implementation. The maintenance contract fee shall be
payable in arrears, (70% in the beginning and 30% in last quarters)

3. This agreement may be terminated by either party given, three months’ notice in
writing.

4. Routine check/serving shall be carried out quarterly (1st Week) and on call due to
emergency. KOLLY M TECHNICAL ENTERPRISES shall keep all the printers
satisfactory and efficient operation, and such services shall include inspection,
oiling, clearing, adjustment and fixing of parts.
 5. In case any damage to the printers EKO SUPPORT SERVICES LTD shall be
responsible for the labour, supply of spare parts, transport and other expenses
necessary to the repair.

6. The maintenance cost for each printer under contract is Six Thousand Naira Only
(N6,000).
