Dear Mr. Gondek,

In mid June of this year, I conveyed to Jason Alden, our account representative our disappointment with the
performance and service record of the color Kyocera printer/copier in our office. I expressed our concern
that the machine requires service on a very regular basis and does not produce color printing at a consistent
quality. After a series of consultations with Advanced Copy technicians we were instructed to change printer
drivers which has slowed the print speed considerably, but not resolved the issue of inconsistent quality.

Prior to entering into this agreement with Advanced Copy in December 2009, we tested a series of our files on
a model of this machine on your premises and we were assured that it would produce a consistent quality print
with speed. This has not been the case.

My discussion with Jason in June resulted in his request of sample files from our office for testing on other
equipment. Those files were delivered to him on June 22nd. Another set of test files were requested by your
staff and picked up from our office on July 22nd. There has been no further word from Jason, but instead
from Michelle and Fran to schedule a visit to assess the machine in our office. We were told that an ink
blotching problem could be solved with the replacement of developer part. This was done this morning.

However, the issue of consistent quality and constant maintenance of this machine remains unaddressed by
Advanced Copy. Everyone in our office comments on the amount of service this machine requires and the
fact that it does not print color in a consistent manner.

Please consider our considerable disappointment with this machine and advise us of your plans to address this.
I look forward to a response within the week.

Sincerely,

Holly DeYoung
