T - Trainer - A teacher thinks of way to innovate and

transfer their own knowledge to help students be
equipped with necessary skills.

E - Expertise - They has advanced knowledge and skill

in a particular task or within a given domain.

A - Assessor - The teacher assumes to see how well

students are performing or how well they performed.

C - Consultant - They offer advise to students to help

them improve their performance and develop their
self-esteem.

H - Hero - Teachers bring hope, encouragement, and

the ability to dream beyond the four walls of the
classroom, transforming the lives of students and
communities in which they live.

E - Explorer - They are the one who finds treasure

beneath strangeness and the greatest they can do is
to bring back a new ideas.

R - Researcher - They have to make sure that there is

an impact on students outcome of learning.
