A. Comparison between SECURITY vs. SAFETY
SECURITY - dealt with crimes (ex. Burglaries , Theft/pilferages/, Robberies, Sexual Harassment, Assault, Arson, Murder or any life-
threatening situation) it pertains to Asset Protection Program.
SAFETY - deals more on engineering safety controls like ergonomics (ex. illumination, air, extreme temperature, vibration, noise, bio-
hazard materials etc.), any unsafe condition to include emergency response and Loss Control Prevention Program.
