1 Make dock repair list

- Survey the vessel 1 Day
- Ask Kelly for status survey 1 Day
- Ask operation for drawing and history docking 1 Day
- Send email to Docking Manager

- Ask to procurement for vendor Engine and Electrical

- Ask approval to Docking Manager for give DRL to

shipyard so that they make prepare the material for
repair the vessel
2 Docking
- Check and survey with vendor (Shipyard, Mechanic
M/E & A/E, Mechanic Electrical) 5 Day
- List what the vendor finding at vessel (hull, engine,
electrical) 1 Day
- Make document amprahan 1 Day

- If vendor late give the result after their survey, send

document amprahan with Berita Acara and evindence 1 Day
- Ask the crew for what they need it during dock for
prepare before sail again 2 Day
- Follow up to Docking Manager and kelly for done or
not (approval) 1 Day
