I learned that Science education is the field of study concerned with teaching

and learning science. Its goal is to help individuals understand and appreciate the

natural world and the scientific methods used to study it and I also learned that Science

education is essential for developing critical thinking skills and promoting scientific

literacy. The reporters also discussed The Special Science Elementary Schools or

SSES where the initiative aimed is improving science education in elementary schools.

The goal of the project is to provide students with hands-on, inquiry-based learning

experiences that enhance their understanding and appreciation of science. The SSES

project typically focuses on areas such as physical science, life science, and earth and

space science, and aims to provide students with a solid foundation in these subjects.

The next one is The Quezon City Regional Science High School (QCRSS). They are

specialized high school located in Quezon City, Philippines. It is a regional science high

school, meaning it serves a specific geographic region and provides a rigorous

education in science and mathematics for academically gifted students. It was

established on September 17, 1967 and was appointed as Regional Science High

School for NCR and was also called Quesi or Kisay. Next one is MSHS, It has a

comprehensive curriculum that emphasizes science, technology, engineering, and

mathematics (STEM) subjects, as well as humanities and the arts. The school provides

students with opportunities to engage in hands-on projects and laboratory work, as well

as field trips and other educational experiences that allow them to explore scientific

concepts in depth.
