Description of Activity: Unit III Athletic Meet 2023

The conduct of Unit III Athletic Meet from January 28-29, 2023 in Catalunan
Grande Elementary School.

Objectives: To deliver food for the athletes and coaches from the venue of commissary to their
assigned post.

Preliminaries/Planning:

a. To be at the venue of the commissary early in the morning to have enough time to prepare
for the food
b. To transport the food from the venue of commissary (A. Mabini Elementary School) to the
assigned post which is the Catalunan Grande Elementary School.
c. To hand over the food to the coaches and athletes.
d. Submitted Activity Completion Report.
