ORDINANCE NO. 009

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING VAWC DESK PERSON ELVIE M NUMANCIA, AS VAWC

DESK OFFICER OF BARANGAY BUNAWAN BROOK, BUNAWAN, AGUSAN DEL SUR

BE IT ORDAINED: by the Sangguniang Barangay of Bunawan Brook, Bunawan, Agusan del

Sur in session assembled that:

Section 1. An Ordinance establishing the VAW Desk Person ELVIE M NUMANCIA as

VAW Desk Officer Sangguniang Barangay of Bunawan Brook, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur;

Section 2. It is mandated by the government to appoint the Violence Against Women

(VAW) Desk Officer;

Section 3. That ELVIE M NUMANCIA is hereby authorized to assist/ facilitate the abuse
women and children within Barangay Bunawan Brook;

Section 4. Separability Clause:

Any section of this Barangay Ordinance found inconsistent with existing ordinances or
declared unconstitutional or invalid, the other sections or provisions thereof which are not
affected, shall continue to be in effect.

Section 5. Effectivity.

This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval
