On January 27, 2023 I bought a pair of benches on your online store. I am writing today to
express my discontent with them. First of all, the advertisement on the website detailed
the pair of benches as completely new and in grey and red color. I paid $400.00 for them
“Amazon Mexico” delivered the pair of benches to my home on February 9, 2023.

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because the pair of benches are
defectives, and in red color, and I specified in the description that I wanted them in grey
color. Furthermore, they are not new, they look like they are used and the material they
are made of does not look of good quality. When I tried to install them, some pieces were
about to broke. I’m totally unsatisfied, I trusted you because your brand is associated with
“Amazon Mexico” and I thought it would be a very good quality product, however it was
not.

To resolve this problem, I would appreciate if your company would pick up the pair of
benches, for free, and refund the $400.00 I paid. Enclose, there are copies of my
recordings when I recently opened the package, including my receipts, delivery invoice
and photos of the used benches which are obviously in red color.

I look forward for to your reply and resolution to my problem and will wait until March 1,
2023, before seeking help from the state consumer protection office or other assistance.
