Write an email of complaint about something you have bought online.

Dear Ms Varela,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my last purchase from your Online store.

On 30 April, I ordered a cordless vacuum cleaner specific to animal hair (order reference Rowenta
RH6971). Unfortunately, your product has not performed well, due to the power of the vacuum
cleaner being insufficient to suck up hairs animals.

Given your establishment's good reputation, I am disappointed by the poor materials of the
vacuum cleaner, it seems like a toy. I feel cheated, I have paid for the product as high-end and the
product failed to live up to my expectations. After several uses with the vacuum, even finishing the
battery autonomy of 45 minutes, my carpets are still dirty with hair animal.

Therefore, to solve the problem, I would appreciate it if you give me back the money for the
purchase, I will return the vacuum cleaner. Or in compensation, you could send me another model
with more power and that really cleans carpets with animal hair.

I am sure you will be able to resolve the situation in a satisfactory way. I look forward to your reply
and a resolution to my problem.
