Dear Sir/Madam,
Two weeks ago, on 8 May, I ordered a dryer from your marketplace whose seller was
HappyDryer. I decided to buy this item because it allowed you to dry and curl your hair at the
same time.

I tried the dryer as soon as I received it and the product did not meet my expectations. It dried
my hair, nevertheless it didn’t curl it. I tried to solve the problem by reviewing the
instructions again and by curling my hair with all the accessories that it had, but nothing
worked. In this manner, I contacted the seller through mail in order to return the product, but
they did not respond to my request.

The packaging and the deadline was correct like other Amazon deliveries which I ordered.
For this reason, I think that the problem is the seller and not your platform. I would like to
return the dryer and get my refund due to the reason I do not like the service of the seller
HappyDryer. I attached my order reference number in case it is of your interest: CJ0989734.
