    Dear sir or madam,

    I am writing this review to let you know that I am not very happy with your product which I

    purchased from your eCommerce store about a week ago with Order number is BJ3564686, and

    shipped 04/06/2023.

    The product, I am talking about, is a clothes. I paid IDR 300,000 for this product but

    unfortunately, this clothes looks nothing like the one I saw on your website in terms of color and

    size. It turned out that the clothes I ordered online were light gray while the clothes I received

    were yellow. In addition, the size of the clothes given are not the same as what I ordered.

    I would like you to arrange for the return of the item and to process a full refund as soon as is

    convenient, since the clothes was intended to be a gift for an occasion that has already passed.
