Subject: Defective delivered merchandise

I hereby inform you that last April 4 I made a purchase at your Miravalles branch; It is a room with
3 pieces and a coffee table, which I was told would be delivered to my home and that was done, in
a timely manner.

Today, the person who does the cleaning in my home told me that the armchairs that make up the
living room, in the lower part, are broken. Of this, it is worth mentioning that I could not realize
since the staff of your store, the day you made the delivery, they were the ones who installed the
furniture in my home.

It is for this reason that I request that a person from your team be sent to me so that they can
assess the situation; and whether a physical change of the merchandise is made or it can be
repaired as soon as possible.

I thank you in advance for your attention to this request and if you require any additional
documents, let me know so I can provide it. I allow myself to attach the invoice corresponding to
the purchase of these materials as well as the copy of the delivery order of the same.
