Greetings I am Allisson Samaniego. I am writing to inform you that on January 10, 2023 I made
an online purchase of some makeup products which arrived at my home on January 20, 2023
in a bad condition, the box was all damaged, crushed and open, the makeup products were
damaged as blush, foundation, bronzer and eye shadow were broken, lipsticks, serum,
mascara and foundation were open and some brushes were broken (attached evidence).

Unfortunately all the makeup product was damaged.

I would be grateful if, in order to solve this problem, I could be reimbursed for the money I
spent on the makeup or if I could be given an exchange of the product, but in good condition.

I am waiting for your response and a solution to my problem as soon as possible.
