In conclusion, the government have done a
good job of resolving the flooding issue, but
the tunnel that was constructed cannot
totally cover it. Therefore, in order for the
tunnel to accept the high water level, the
authorities need to make upgrades to it.
Additionally, the neighborhood must be
ready in advance to handle the situation of
crisis.
