Good day Valued Unit Owners / Residents!

In observance of EID’L ADHA (FEAST OF SACRIFICE) declaring Saturday, 09 July 2022, a regular holiday throughout the
country. With this, the Property Management Office will be CLOSED under Proclamation No.0 2 by Malacañan
Palace.

Kindly take note of the following reminders:

1. Kindly process work permit, gate pass or payments earlier to avoid any inconvenience.
2. If there will be long trips, whether domestic or international, Unit owners and/or tenants should advise the Property
Management Office for our Security reference.
a. Turning off of the main circuit breakers and water main valve (please email or contact
engineering@trpcai.com or any of our maintenance staff for assistance)
b. Closing any openings/windows and balcony glass door (if any) to avoid penetration of leaks from outside.
3. Advance payment of utility services like water, electricity, internet and telephone, as well as association dues.
4. Please save the contact number of our Security Office at 0916-452-4775 for any immediate assistance.
