A. What did your analysis reveal?

The analysis from week one and two; Task one, reveals that I had eight number of

defects. It pertains that I review the class notes at a given time. Task two, reveals that I

had ten number of defects. It shows that I do not text anyone during class, unless I do not

have a class on that day. Task three, reveals that I had zero number of defects. It shows

that I do not watch television because of my phone. Task four, reveals that I had four

defects. It means that I wake up early most of the time and will only not get up when

there is no class or OJT. Task five, reveals that I had six number of defects. It shows that

I always remind my group mates on our projects, activities and others. Task six, reveals

that I had four number of defects. It shows that I read notes from time to time. Task

seven, reveals that I had zero defects, which means that I do not always eat junk food,

perhaps once a month. Task eight, reveals that I had one defect. It means that I always

message my parents. Task nine, reveals that I had six number of defects. Meaning, I only

prepare and cook foods when I do not have many activities or whenever I feel like eating

something delicious. Task ten, reveals that I had four defects, which means that I only get

on call whenever I think the circumstance is inconvenient and needed to be addressed as

soon as possible.

B. Did you find that you improved simply because you began to measure theses defects?

Yes, having the measure of defects made me acknowledge all the things that I do

not do often and the things that I must do.

C. How did you feel about discussing your progress with others?

It felt bizarre to share something that only I would notice and make graphs about

it and tell it to my friends. But it did really help me track my to-do list.

D. How might such a process help in a work environment?

It could improve the persons time management and it might give them ideas on

their future project (in project planning) to keep track on the daily tasks. Making this a

hobby (tracking the defects a week) might be really helpful for people who have a strict

time schedule.
