Why does art involve experience?

According to John Dewey, art is a dynamic human experience that involves both
artist and the audience. An artist can build or create a piece of art by use of his personal
and knowledge value. In the statement of Olafur Eliasson, art helps us identify with one
another and expands our notion of we - from the local to the global. With this statement,
the audience connects with the artist's experience and transforming the meaning of the
art with their own, and identifies how the artist personality through the emotions and
feelings of the art. According to John Keats, nothing ever becomes real till it is
experienced. People grow through the experience they encounter and learn from it to
become better people. For example, we will make art that implies angry, hurt, and
betrayal; for us to connects with the audience, we need to experience that kind of
emotion and feelings so that audience absorbs and reflect the true meaning of art
through experience, emotions, and feelings.
Other than that, how can I be a painter or sculptor without having experience,
knowledge, and understanding in that field, also that caused me not to be able to fully
express and build a specific art because of limited experience and knowledge.
In conclusion, art is based on what we experience that reflects our life, feelings,
and emotions. According to Tracy Sabin, "Creating visual imagery is a state of mind. It
involves the reproduction of what we see. But much more than that, it becomes an
outlet to express feelings about what we experience".
