MOTIVATION LETTER

Dear OLMA 2023 committee and team. Greetings, my name is Hijar Raziqin
Susanto from Semarang, Central Java. In this letter, I would like to express my
interest and explain my reasons why I am motivated to join OLMA 2022.

I first acknowledged the existence of ALSA as an organization in college in

semester 1, but at that time I had not delved deeper into ALSA when my friend
invited me to join the ALSA committee last year. , At that time I was not interested
because I was in the position of participating in committee activities from BEM,
which was a “Progressive Week”. It was a great experience, but at the time I wasn't
too keen on learning more about ALSA. In 2023, I felt that there was a desire to
join ALSA, but before I was interested in entering ALSA I had lost my way
because I was confused about wanting to enter ALSA. Which organization
because I want to find a new atmosphere, deeper knowledge and experiences that
can make the mind open . And when I saw ALSA social media I had a sense of
interest in entering ALSA and that's when I was looking for various information
to get into ALSA and I was given information if you want to join ALSA then you
have to join OLMA in order to join ALSA, after getting actual information I am
still indecisive to joined ALSA because there were some obstacles that could not
be resolved, but it became my encouragement so that I could convince myself to
be able to joined OLMA, so I submitted my application to join ALSA. I believe
it can be a valuable asset for the development of ALSA Undip, and hopefully it can
help me grow and develop into a better person.

I believe that joining OLMA 2023 will give me many benefits in the end, such as
extensive networking and relationships, extensive knowledge in various subjects,
more experienced and skilled in legal and organizational issues, also a better
proficiency in English. Thank you.
