    MINOR PLATE
    AY 2022-2023 First Semester

    BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PAD
    SPACE DESCRIPTION
    Area: 21 sq. m. (3.5 x 6.0 m)
    Height: 3.5 m from floor to ceiling
    Location: The condo unit is located:
    • At the topmost floor of a high-rise building
    • The main entry is facing the common corridor or hallway – where any opening
    other than a door is not allowed.

    SPACE REQUIREMENTS
    • The designer shall be made responsible in providing the necessary spaces that will
    suit to his/her lifestyle as a young professional (in the future).
    • The addition of mezzanine or loft is not allowed.

    TARGET MARKET
    • The student (as a young professional)
    o Bachelor Pad – for male
    o Bachelorette Pad – for female

    DRAWING REQUIREMENTS
    1. Concept Board
    2. Floor Plan – 1:50 m
    3. Internal Wall Elevations (Minimum of 2) – 1:50
    4. 1 Interior Perspective of any space
    5. 1 Interior Perspective of Balcony

    DRAWING PRESENTATION
    • 10” x 15” Bristol/Vellum Board
    • Refer to the standard title block for TOA 213
    • Inked and fully rendered drawings
