In my perspective, rising early in the morning and going for a stroll is preferable to remaining in and

enjoying a dish of ice cream. This is the case due to the numerous advantages of early morning
exercise and waking up. The numerous advantages include: It has outstanding cardiovascular
advantages; It is very beneficial for our hearts; It offers you energy to work the remainder of the day;
and, last but not least, It refreshes our minds. On the other hand, staying up late, indulging in a bowl
of ice cream, and binge-watching comedies are all considered harmful habits that can harm one's
mood and one's brain's health as well as put one at an increased risk of developing chronic illnesses.
