I am writing to express my interest to be joined your recognized organization through the
position of Economic Empowerment Officer as it is well-known for its humanitarian work for
many decades. This vacancy caught my attention because I see a great deal of similarity
between its requirements and my experience. I am now working as a project manager
conducting so many related coordinating, managing, supervising and monitoring duties
professionally and with a high spirit in which I have created effective work plans and participate
in conducting alternatives and solutions whenever needed. In addition, as a project manager I
am deeply involved in every stage in the project lifetime cycle including designing the needed
activities that meet the needs, coordinating with all stakeholders to come up with best
implementation strategy, designing the project plan and monitor the progress in line with
budget of each activity and conducting site visits. Moreover, through my work I was hold
responsible for solving any raised field issues in cooperation with all relevant internal and
external affairs. My work experience extends for 4 years during which I was involved in many
projects in humanitarian work with the government and other NGOs providing technical
support, administrative strategies, coordinating approaches in order to meet the local
communities’ needs, and setting criteria to be followed by the national responders and other
partners and then follow up the implementation progress according to the M&E Plan.
I am a devoted and efficient person who works hard and look forward to being of high-quality
of work. Therefore, I find that I am a suitable candidate for this position and I am eager to start
working with you as soon as possible. I hereby confirm my availability to work, according to the
specified time, and carry out all tasks that will be assigned to me and need to be implemented
or done.
