    After reading your recent advert on the Yemenhr website, I believe I that you are looking for a proven
    FSL Programs Manager who has a track record of ensuring that quality FSL programs are delivered on
    time.

    I can instill the hope and determination needed into the program team to do their best work.

    I have the in-depth knowledge, technical competence and critical judgment skills needed to develop
    effective project plans, operating policies, and standard procedures for the implementing activities.
    Furthermore, I am coming to you with a long track record of being able to analysis and review key
    operational information that can identify short term and long term issues that may impact a project.

    At my current place of work, I am mainly in charge of managing the overall work plan, budget,
    performance, risks and opportunities of the ongoing projects. In addition to this, I am also responsible
    for monitoring budgets, writing up accurate progress and regular reports, identifying program supply
    needs and coordinate with logistics teams on the procurement plan. Through my career and work, I
    have learnt how to do all of the key duties that your role requires of a candidate, such as and not
    limited;

     Develop steps and procedures in the planning and implementation of the FSL projects.
     Ensure programs are adequately resourced and manage budget lines for program activities
    ensuring appropriate tracking of budgets.
     Develop detailed implementation plans, phased budgets and monitor project progress in line
    with the log frames while evaluating the relevance and appropriateness of the intervention.

    Aside from my technical competencies, I also have the ability to understand, embrace and operate in
    a multicultural and culturally diverse setting.

    Moreover, I am a member of the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification for Acute Food
    Insecurity (IPC AFI) Analysis team and a trainer within the Food Security and Livelihoods Assessment
    (FSLA).
