STUDENT’S GUIDELINES FOR UNDERGRADDUATE PROJECT PROPOSAL WRITING


(2022/2023):
(Applicable to the Faculty of Information & Communication Technology - ICT)

1. The fonts for the proposal are as follows:

a. Times New Roman

b. Size 12 Fonts

c. 1.5 Spacing

d. Alignment fully justified

2. The page margins should be as follows:

a. Top – 1"

b. Bottom- 1"

c. Left- 1.5"

d. Right- 1"

3. The page numbers should be on the bottom margin right aligned

4. Your Proposal should contain Preliminary Pages, Three (3) Chapters, References and

Appendices

5. Citations and References should be written in APA Format

6. The candidate should submit One (1) copy of the proposal to the Vetting Committee

7. The deadline for submitting the Proposal is 4th March, 2023

8. The cover page shall be as provided below:
