TECHNICAL QUERY

1. From Client Insulation Specification / Procedure / Details - 2577M-00-P-1532-03, there is no

specification for insulating the 4-Way valve and its actuator cylinder, as-is on site. Confirm that
we are to insulate the 4-Way valve and its actuator cylinder. If yes, provide us with Valve Details
drawings for the 4-Way Valve and its actuator cylinder.
2. The Pipe Support Details drawings sent to us is showing pipe shoes details, but the as-is on site
is pipe saddles and trunnions. Provide us with Pipe Support Details drawings for pipe saddle and
trunnions.
3. From Client Insulation Specification / Procedure / Details - 2577M-00-P-1532-03, supports,
stiffeners, rings, girders attached to vessels, tanks, and exchangers shall have the same
insulation thickness as that for the equipment insulation thickness. Confirm that the trunnion
attached to the launcher and receiver shall have an insulation thickness of 4 times that of the
equipment insulation thickness. This was not confirmed during our site visitation / inspection.
