Making homemade chocolate can be a fun and rewarding activity.

Here is a simple
recipe for a basic homemade chocolate:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of cocoa powder

1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, coconut oil, and honey. Stir until well
blended.

If desired, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir well.

Transfer the mixture to a heat-safe container, such as a glass measuring cup or a

double boiler.

Heat the mixture gently, either by placing it in a saucepan of simmering water (if
using a glass measuring cup) or by using a double boiler. Stir the mixture
occasionally until it is completely melted and smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate into a chocolate mold or onto a piece of parchment paper.
If using a chocolate mold, tap the mold gently on a flat surface to remove any air
bubbles.

Allow the chocolate to cool and harden completely, either at room temperature or in
the refrigerator.

Once the chocolate is hardened, remove it from the mold or break it into pieces if
using parchment paper.

Your homemade chocolate is now ready to enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight
container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
