    Captain First Officer
    Call for the “PREFLIGHT CHECKLIST”.
    Display select panel ............................................................................................................Set
    Verify the LWR CTR switch is selected.
    CHKL display switch .................................................................................................. Push
    Verify the PREFLIGHT checklist displays.
    Announce the checklist title: “PREFLIGHT Checklist”.
    Call the first item challenge: “OXYGEN”.
    Verify the item was performed and announce: “Tested, 100%”.
    Verify the item was performed and announce: “Tested, 100%”.
    If a third pilot is present, (s)he verify the item was performed and announce: “Tested, 100%”.
    If a fourth pilot is present, (s)he verify the item was performed and announce: “Tested, 100%”.
    Verify the announcements match the item response.
    Check off the first item and verify it turns green.
    Call the second item challenge: “FLIGHT INSTRUMENTS”.
    Verify the item was performed.
    Announce: “Heading (current heading), Altimeter (current altimeter setting)”.
    Announce: “Heading (current heading), Altimeter (current altimeter setting)”.
    Verify the announcements match the item response.
    Check off the second item and verify it turns green.
    Verify the third item (PARKING BRAKE) is green.
    Verify the fourth (FUEL CONTROL SWITCHES) item is green.
    Verify the CHECKLIST COMPLETE message shows.
    Announce: “PREFLIGHT CHECKLIST COMPLETE”.
    CHKL display switch ........................................................................................................ Push
    Verify the checklist disappear.

    PAPER CHECKLIST
    Captain First Officer
    Call for the “PREFLIGHT CHECKLIST”.
    Open the QRH at the Normal Checklist Chapter and find the PREFLIGHT checklist.

    Announce the checklist title: “PREFLIGHT Checklist”.


    Call the first item challenge: “OXYGEN”.
    Verify the item was performed and announce: “Tested, 100%”.
    Verify the item was performed and announce: “Tested, 100%”.
    If a third pilot is present, (s)he verify the item was performed and announce: “Tested, 100%”.
    If a fourth pilot is present, (s)he verify the item was performed and announce: “Tested, 100%”.
    Verify the announcements match the item response.
    Call the second item challenge: “FLIGHT INSTRUMENTS”.
    Verify the item was performed.
    Announce: “Heading (current heading), Altimeter (current altimeter setting)”.
    Announce: “Heading (current heading), Altimeter (current altimeter setting)”.
    Verify the announcements match the item response.
